For Erik Monnier, Box Canyon Ranch represents more than a new venture—it’s a return to where many of his values first took root. Erik grew up spending time working on his family’s ranch in Nebraska, where he learned early on the value of hard work, responsibility, and taking pride in a job well done. Just as importantly, he developed a lifelong appreciation for the freedom that comes with wide-open spaces, working outdoors, and experiencing ranch life firsthand. Those lessons followed Erik throughout his career. He built more than 30 years of experience in the heating and air conditioning industry, beginning in commercial HVAC before eventually becoming a business owner. After owning and operating a commercial HVAC company, Erik went on to become the owner of Rocklin Heating and Air, where his commitment to hard work, customer service, and building a strong team helped grow the company into a successful and respected residential HVAC business in Northern California. Today, Erik is excited to begin a new chapter with Box Canyon Ranch. The ranch brings him back to his Nebraska roots and gives him the opportunity to share the lifestyle and experiences that meant so much to him growing up. Most of all, Erik looks forward to giving his own family the chance to experience many of the same things he did as a kid—the horses, the outdoors, the work, the adventure, and the simple freedom of having room to explore. For Erik, Box Canyon Ranch is about creating a place where those experiences can be shared not only with his family, but with generations of families to come.
